Docked it one point for the couple of sequences where they clearly could *not* bear to cut into a classic song ("Bad Moon Rising" being the most egregious example) and thus actually dragged out a scene for longer than necessary.

Beyond that quibble (and, OK, the open question of whether David Naughton can act), this is a damn near perfect movie.
